Himalayan Craft House is a Nepal-based handicraft business specializing in authentic, handmade products including singing bowls, felt products, pashmina, woolen garments, thangka paintings, and incense, supplying both individual retail customers and wholesale/export buyers.

2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Products
3.1 All products listed are handmade and may show natural variation in color, size, texture, weight, and finish. Such variation is a feature of handcrafted goods, not a defect.
3.2 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor differences between images and the actual product may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or batch variation in materials.
3.3 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
3.4 Prices are listed in USD, EUR, AED, or NPR as selectable on the Website and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed do not include applicable customs duties, import taxes, or shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
4. Retail Orders
4.1 Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
4.2 Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item is out of stock and offer a refund or alternative.
4.3 We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout (including major credit/debit cards and PayPal). All payments must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
5.1 Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Wholesale pricing applies to bulk orders meeting our minimum order quantity, which varies by product category. 5.2 Quotation: Wholesale prices are provided via custom quotation based on quantity, customization, and destination. Quotations are valid for a limited period as stated at the time of issue and are subject to change thereafter.
5.3 Samples: Buyers may request samples prior to placing a bulk order. Sample costs and shipping charges, unless otherwise agreed, are the responsibility of the buyer and may be credited toward a confirmed bulk order at our discretion.
5.4 Payment Terms: Wholesale orders typically require an advance deposit (percentage to be confirmed at quotation) with the balance due prior to shipment, unless alternate terms are agreed in writing.
5.5 Customization: Custom branding, packaging, or design requests for wholesale buyers are subject to separate agreement on cost, minimum quantities, and lead time.
5.6 Production Lead Time: Bulk and custom orders require production lead time communicated at the time of order confirmation. Delays due to raw material sourcing, artisan availability, or customs are possible and will be communicated promptly.
5.7 Order Cancellation (Wholesale): Once production has begun on a confirmed wholesale order, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to a cancellation charge covering materials and labor already committed.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 We ship domestically within Nepal and internationally to most countries.
6.2 Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guaranteed; delays due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
6.3 International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
6.4 Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing for wholesale contracts.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1 Retail orders may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging. Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy for full details.
7.2 Custom-made, personalized, or wholesale/bulk orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part.
7.3 Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect the returned item.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product photography, is the property of Himalayan Craft House unless otherwise credited, and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content or product photography for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activity under your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
